How long does the web development process take?
From the moment a purchase is received it takes 2 to 3 weeks.
When do I send my brand elements to you?
The support team will reach out to you with those details the moment a purchase is made.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When a cancellation request is made there will be a design fee due. This is because the design fee is included in the monthly design, build, hosting and maintenenace. If you would like to cancel your hosting with us please email contact@wonderhost.co.za and we will gladly assist.
Does WonderHost host my domain name?
No. Your domain name stays with your current provider. If you do not have a domain name provider we can assist you with a domain name.
Does WonderHost host my email?
No. Your domain name provider will likely be the host of your emails.
Will my site have an SSL certificate?
Yes. Your website automatically gets an SSL certificate which auto-renews every year and is included in the monthly fee.
